We offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Terms & Conditions:

• An unboxing video is mandatory for any return, exchange, or damage claim.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
• "If the product is damaged, we offer a free return or exchange upon receiving proof of the damage, such as photos or a video.
• Returns or exchanges requested after 15 days will not be accepted.
• Shipping charges may apply for returns and exchanges depending on the location and reason for return.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection and approval.

  The final decision regarding a refund or return is solely at the discretion of the store, following a careful examination of the product and evaluation of the reason for the claim
